  2. yes....quinoa rocks, especially with lots of spices and some chickpeas in a lovely pilaf.

    hey, wasn't this guy recently featured in vegnews magazine along with a bunch of other vegan uber-athletes? i gave my copy to a friend for her trainer that was practically shoving dead chickens down her throat for massive amounts of protein and she was getting sick....she doesn't have that trainer anymore.
